As SVP of Sales with 17 years’ experience at Fortinet and 25+ years of international leadership experience in the industry, Joe has the proven ability to build and transform high-performance sales teams, create and manage sales pipeline and create true value proposition. He has helped grow Fortinet since it’s early startup phase to a multi-billion dollar market leader. He has covered many sales role within Fortinet, moving to his present role as Sales SVP in 2014. His focus is on sales team transformation strategies to achieve market share dominance in complex, high value-added cybersecurity solutions, and services, for both enterprise corporates and hyper-growth environments in the EMEA and APAC region. Currently managing sales for International Emerging & Asia Pacific Japan regions for Fortinet with a 1100 strong sales team to help grow the company’s annual revenue. He is also managing the Business Unit and GTM strategy for Operational Technology (OT) within EMEA & APJ.

As a sales leader and international speaker, with a strategic vision, he enjoys meeting regularly with executives and officials to discuss strategies on how cybersecurity can be an essential enabler for economic growth, trust, and stability in the modern digital society. He is a graduate of the Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Psychology and holds and a number of management certifications.
